Does anyone else feel like they are doing it all wrong?

Hi everyone, I am trying to study for my nursing school entrance exam and I have absolutely no idea where to start. I have been reading the same chapter for a week and I cannot remember any topic. I am so scared that I am studying the wrong things or i am just useless. The panic is getting so bad that I honestly looked for someone to do my HESI exam online just to save my grade. Does anyone else feel totally unprepared?
